We loved our stay in Falmouth Foreside! The home and property are even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The house is exquisitely decorated with high end finishes and details and was perfectly stocked and well organized to serve all of our needs. We loved waking up to water views, swimming in the pool, enjoying the hot tub and roasting s’mores over the fire pit. The location was ideal, less than a 10 min drive into Portland and a quick drive to beautiful beaches and all the great breweries in the area. It served as the perfect spot for our family vacation!

It was an extraordinary week! First of all, I have to thank the kindness and courtesy of the owner of the house Jessica and thank her for always being available for anything we needed. The house is spectacular. All rooms and bathrooms are super comfortable and newly remodeled. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more. The house has a beautiful view of the sea. Property is loaded with comfort, good taste and a fresh and simple atmosphere. Outside has a great pool and jacuzzi. It has a children's games and entertainment room equipped with games and TV with all platforms. Without more to say and with much to remember, very grateful.

Spectacular Views and Access to Casco Bay and Mussel Cove
The house sits on 1.7 acres lined with enormous trees and adjacent to conservation land. The private coastline offers easy water access on idyllic, calm Mussel Cove. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for your use. A small, neighborhood, part-sand beach are adjacent to the property. (Water access is tide-dependent). The heated pool was renovated in 2022. New lounge chairs and Adirondacks are provided. The pool area also has a Solo Stove fire pit and patio heater. Enjoy a cookout with gorgeous water views. The new outdoor dining table seats 8. There is a gas grill, as well as an Argentine wood-burning parrilla. Play croquet and cornhole on the expansive lawn.
Fully Renovated & Newly Furnished
The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is newly furnished. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and around 5,500 square feet of living space on three levels, it comfortably sleeps up to 12. Of the 5 bedrooms , two are en suite, including the spacious master with water views. One other bedroom has access to an adjacent private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. There is a sixth sleeping area with an adjacent bathroom in the walk-out basement. There are two separate offices. There are air conditioners in all but one of the bedrooms and the main living area.
High-End Amenities
The home provides beautiful common spaces to enjoy together. The luxury kitchen is fully outfitted and features an island with seating for 8, as well as a large butler pantry with a wine refrigerator. It is open to the dining area and two living areas, all together forming a light-filled great room with water views. Upstairs is a large family and media room with a comfy sectional and an 85-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, and Apple TV+ (note: NO CABLE). There is a well-stocked games closet and a large table for games, again with a water view. There are two other large TVs with the same services. The basement features a full-sized wet bar complete with a drink refrigerator, as well as a living area, and opens to the pool and hot tub area.
Jessica is a wonderful hostess. She provided us a lot of information before our stay and then while we were there, provided us with so much information around the area and included personal touches like a welcome note with local treats and necessities for the house, and had so many things inside and outside the home to make our stay so enjoyable. We loved it! The house was exactly as described. All of the amenities were also as described but loved that there were options for games/sports/activities outside and inside the home. We never had to leave! We also loved the beauty of the home and it’s very peaceful location and the close proximity to Portland. This is quite a treasure. We will definitely be back!

You will love this home! The view was amazing! The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group. We loved the pool and kayaking! Jessica was a great host and gave us such good suggestions for what to do during our stay. We can’t wait to go back!
